The list includes comedians like Bill Burr, Aziz Ansari, Whitney Cummings, and Dave Chappelle. These comedians have been urged to speak out against the country's human rights abuses — and not to be "complicit in covering up the abuses of a repressive regime," by the U.S.-based Human Rights Watch organization.
