Paige is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Media Studies with a minor in Global Studies.in Global Studies. She has worked with nonprofit organizations focused on animal welfare, including Little Red Dog and Rabbit EARS, where she found a true sense of purpose in helping others. Driven by a passion for digital storytelling, Paige is motivated by the power of media to connect with others and make a meaningful impact. She has gained hands-on marketing and media relations experience through her digital marketing internship at SearchIntent, as a Social Media Coordinator at Interns4Good, and her current fellowship with Handshake AI. Sam Winner
Sam is a data‑driven marketing and policy analyst, with expertise in research and strategy. He has a Political Economy degree from UC Berkeley with a concentration in econometrics. Sam has spent his professional career in the non-profit, private, and public sectors, assisting organizations with the use of creative data analysis applications to enhance their short and long-term operations.
At USA Unify, Sam has focused on advertising performance, voting behavior, audience intelligence, and turns demographic and behavioral data into targeted media plans across digital channels. He builds predictive models that identify patterns and optimize Advertising Performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS. Sam runs A/B tests and analyses using R to measure engagement and acquisition. His data analyses and pipeline methods streamlines content reporting to maximize engagement and acquisition. Sam blends analytical rigor with marketing strategy to grow active online communities, produce actionable insights, and measure outreach KPIs.
