Sheila Childs- President

Sheila Childs is a longtime technology and product leader who brings more than 40 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complex decision‑making. Sheila is a former Group Vice President at Gartner, she led global research teams supporting senior technology and business leaders and helped launch products that drove significant organizational growth.

Sheila has a strong record of nonprofit and industry governance, including serving as Chair of the Storage Networking Industry Association and as a board member of the Sacred Music Institute of the Southwest. She is also an active member of the Archdiocesan Choir of Galveston‑Houston, reflecting her commitment to the cultural and spiritual life of her community.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bates College

Anthony Berryhill- Vice President

Anthony Berryhill, FRSA, FRGS is a global strategist specializing in the intersection of elite education and corporate talent development. A first-generation scholar from New Orleans’ 9th Ward, Berryhill reverse-engineered a path from a neighborhood devastated by Hurricane Katrina to Stanford and Yale. 

A former Vice President at PIMCO and a 3x National Champion Debate Coach, he is Founder & CEO of Elite College Hacker, where he democratizes access to the world’s most selective institutions. Named “America’s Greatest Thinker” in 2018, and the “Global Equity Champion for Education and Social Mobility” at the World Leaders Summit @ Oxford, Berryhill is an expert in strategic persuasion and institutional literacy. He currently serves on the instructional staff at Harvard University and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and Royal Geographic Society (RGS). His work has been featured in The Muse and most recently on Forttuna’s Global 100: Game Changers list.

Christine Curtis

Christine is a User Experience executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global design, research, and product strategy organizations across enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, and platform businesses.

Christine has held senior design leadership roles at Amazon, Genesys, and Sonatype, leading large-scale platform transformations and human-centered initiatives to modernize workforce technology.

Christine is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through technology, workforce access, and mentorship. She believes the highest calling of opportunity is to use it to remove barriers for others, and she actively supports initiatives that expand economic mobility, strengthen underrepresented communities, and promote inclusive participation in the digital economy.

Kristen Cline

Kristen Cline, BSN, RN, CEN, CCRN, is an emergency and trauma nurse, author, and health-equity advocate whose work bridges frontline care and public policy. She serves as a Professional Development Practitioner for Emergency Services at Stanford Health Care and founded Regulation Loop LLC.

Kristen’s path to public service began with an early internship in a state legislative office. She went on to serve on the national Board of Directors of the Emergency Nurses Association, co-author the profession’s Emergency Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, and represent frontline nurses before federal lawmakers as ENA’s Government Affairs Liaison at the association’s Day on the Hill. Her advocacy centers on social justice through health equity and on mental health care for nurses and first responders.

Kristen has been featured by ProPublica, KevinMD and PBS NewsHour and is the author of the Theory of Relational Homeostasis. She earned her nursing degree at the University of South Dakota and holds national board certifications across emergency, trauma, flight, and critical-care nursing. She brings to USA Unify governance experience from national board service, frontline credibility, and a clear public voice in service of working families.

Michael Winner- Founder

Michael is a former NASDAQ Chief Technology Officer and Technology Executive. Michael received his B.A. from CU  Boulder and M.S Economics at University of Florida. During the pandemic,  Michael consulted at the United Nations and UNICEF in digital and analytics strategy. Michael has Board experience and is currently Treasurer for Hyde Street Community Service 501c(3) https://www.hscssf.org/ Michael is a community volunteer, including a Crisis volunteer . Michael lives with his wife.. Michael’s daughter is a recent MSW graduate from U of Oregon and his son is a recent UC Berkeley graduate.
