We want them to be Texans teaching Texans.” John Roberts: “But what are your concerns, Governor?” Greg Abbott: “The concern is why are we giving up a job in our public schools to someone who is here on an H-1B visa? Why is that person getting the job, not a Texan? That's the biggest concern. What values are those H-1B visa teachers teaching our kids?
